9 Pin No Tap Fundraiser

This will be taking place at the Garden Lanes in Garden City on Warren Rd
on October 1st. at 7pm 3 games of bowling and shoe rental are included with the price of $15.00 per bowler. Please register as a team if you have one if not then single bowlers will be put together with other single bowlers to make a team up to 6 bowlers per team. We will have 50/50 raffle and regular raffle tickets for sale for your chance to win some donated prizes. Come join us and have a good time and help Matthew's Family

Fundraiser Kickball

Wow what a turnout and everyone had a great time! Photos are on the blog click on the link to see them.

THANKS AGAIN TO EVERYONE that took time out of their lives to help, It was very humbling to say the least at what was accomplished today.

We are having another one on November 20th it is a scrapbook event but if you dont scrapbook come and organize some photos or knit, make jewlery, quilt whatever or just come hang out.

update for Matt

The CT Scan showed no dead brain tissue : ) MRI showed he won't need to have surgery for his back so hopefully he will continue on his healing path. He hasn't came too yet but hoping that he will soon be able to respond.

Update on Matthew's status

They took a CT Scan and MRI yesterday should have results today, He still isn't awake yet, but GOOD NEWS they capped his trach. and he was humming I wasn't there but heard the tears were flowing from Debi and Heather what a sound that must have been!! Hoping good news today from the scans. Will update later when have more news.

Link and update

The Donation link is up and working. You can direct anyone looking for a way to help to the link to donate.
Matthew is still stable and the doctors are optimistic that he will be able to be on the rehab floor hopfully in about a month. Let's keep those prayers coming that he will continue on the recovery path. He still isn't awake yet but we are all hopeful soon.

Working on the Donation link

As many of you know my nephew was hit by a car 2 weeks ago while walking home. My sister works two jobs to make ends meet and Matthew had no insurance, although they have been able to acquire insurance because of his injuries and guarded condition there have been alot of bills and expenses that have arised and with my sister and niece of course at his side we are setting up some fundraisers to help the family be able to be at his side during this critical time and to help with future expenses that will be needed later. We have in the works a few fundraisers and will up date you asap re those.
The Family truly appreciates anything anyone can do so they can concentrate on getting him better the next 6-12 months will be critical to his recovery.
He hasn't woke up yet but he has the best possible Dr's available and asking that you all contiue to keep him and our family in your prayers.
